She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Hildestad and Amelia Hildestad (Christensen); her husband Kenneth Ruzek; her children, Dorene Geisler, Terry and Jim Opsahl; her grandson Jeff Huffman; and her siblings, Muriel, Carlene, Verna, Arlys, Ardell, Tilman and Bennette.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sue Klein of Lake City and Deb Olson of Lake City; her grandsons, Bryan Huffman (Kathy), Kevin Huffman (Sue) and Ken Huffman; her great grandchildren, Bryan Jr. Huffman (Katie), Brad Huffman (Cassandra), Cassandra Knudsen (Tanner), William Huffman (Sarah), Ben Huffman (Grace) and Michael Huffman; her great great grandchildren, Reid, Olivia, Oaklee, Owen, Keira, Elliott and Drew; and her sisters, Janet Peterson and Lilah Ellingson.
