He was predeceased by : his parents, Lavern Marking and Katherine "Kate" Marking (Eversman); and his parents-in-law, Alvin and Gladys Duden. He is survived by : his son Jay (Eric) of Rochester; his wife Dinah Marking (Duden); his siblings, Joanne Wohlferd (Denny) of St. Charles, Marlene Boehmke (Louie) of Rushford, Elaine Meincke (Dan) of Lake City, Roger "Fud" Marking (Debbie) of Lake City, Gerard "King" Marking (Rhonda) of Lake City, Eileen Christensen (Kent) of Rushford and Brian Marking (Sheryl) of Lake City; and his pet Susie.
