He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Endicott and Edith Endicott (Franks); and his wife Carol Shaw. He is survived by: his sons, Mike Endicott (Jill) of Glenview, IL and Rory Womack (Rosana) of San Diago, CA; his grandchildren, Audrey, Nicolas, Caroline and Bree; and his sister Judy Endicott of Lake City.
