He was predeceased by : his parents, Archie Hamberg and Phyllis Hamberg (Parks); and his brother Jerry Hamberg. He is survived by : his wife Cindy Hamberg; his daughter Denise Westerlund (Brian); his grandchildren, Megan Ball and Nicholas Kromminga; his son Chad Sisco; his grandchildren, Lily Sisco, Jake Sisco and Macy Sisco; his siblings, John, Michael, Steve, Bill, Susan, Sharon, Darlene, Judy and Pat; and also Olivia Moore.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the First Presbyterian Church (302 E Prince St, Lake Crystal, MN 56055). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
