Jackie was predeceased by : parents, Howard Rowland and Clara Rowland; mother-in-law Martha Notaro; and siblings, Mike Rowland and Mary Jo Ferguson.

Jackie is survived by : children, Sheryl, Katie Tasler (Tim), John (Kathy), Sue Langer (Jamie) and Mike; grandchildren, Travis of Niki, TJ, Kelsey, Tom, Nicholas, Heidi, Tanner, Gina and Garett; brothers, Howard, Gene, Bob (Pam) and Bill Rowland (Jill); brother-in-law Donald Ferguson; and former life partner Ron Notaro. Jackie is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
