He was predeceased by: his wife Kaye Hilpisch; his great grandchild Camilla; and his sister Joan Callahan. He is survived by: his children, LeeAnn Myhra (Jack), Mick (Geri), Tim (Susan), John (Liz) and Mary Appel (Steve); and his sister Judy Dooley. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren; and 69 great-grandchildren.
