In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Sharon leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Sharon may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Madsen and Violet Madsen (Gilberts); and her siblings, Sheila and Clayton. She is survived by: her children, Debra Boyum-Curtis (James) of Jackson, MS, Annie Hentges of Jackson, MS and Jeremy Maresch (Karen) of Belle Plaine, MN; and her brothers, Calvin Madsen (Cindy) of Beaver, OK and Craig Madsen (Sharee) of Alva, OK. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren; her 15 great-grandchildren, her three nieces and four nephews; many cousins and additional family members.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Hawk Creek Animal Shelter (250 28th Street SW, Willmar, MN 56201) in memory of Sharon and her love for animals.
