She is survived by: her husband Michael Sheady (Mike); her daughter Kelsey Hopps (Adam); her grandchildren, Claire, Cora, Connor and Caroline; her son Patrick Sheady (Shannon); her grandchildren, Finley and Kellen; and her siblings, Michael Gustafson (Melanie), Brian (Kaylo Brooks) and Anne Gustafson. She is also survived by many extended family members, dear friends.
