He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Susan; his daughter Rachael Cardoso (Roberto) of Conroe, TX; his granddaughter Bianca; his son Grant Post (April) of Lake Wilson, MN; his grandchildren, Amber, Cody, Seth and Logan; his child Jesse Post (Melissa) of Woodstock, MN; his grandchildren, Taylor, Jackson, Shiloh and Aliyah; his son Matthew Post (Erin) of Woodstock, MN; his grandchildren, Kya and Nash; his sister Cathy Kuhl (Lou) of Worthington, MN; his siblings-in-law, Arlene Post of Chandler, MN and Ed Lubben of Leota, MN; his siblings, Bernice Manderscheid, Nelson Post, Ada Dekoekkoek, Walt Post, Geneva Toering, Evelyn Lubben, Frank Post and Edith Walhof; his daughter Michelle Leigh; his grandson Colton Jay Post; and his parents, Matthew and Erin. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and friends.

Memorials will be given to the WELS Christian Aid & Relief.
