She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelyn Mae (Watt) and Russell Marvin Carroll; her grandfather Henry Watt; her brother Dennis Carroll; her niece Brenda Carroll; and her grandmothers, Edith Watt (Nielsen) and Hazel Carroll (Blowers).

She is survived by: her husband Dwaine Marlyn Rossow; her children, Darrin Rossow (Tammy) of Lakefield, Dellynne Monson (Tim) of Lakefield and Deanne Hofer (Jim) of Shakopee; her grandchildren, Nicholas Carroll (Morgan), Whitney Bretzman (Josh), Brooke Rossow, Nathen Monson, Cole Monson, Andrew Hofer and Isaac Hofer; her great grandchildren, Joelle Doris Bretzman and Olivia Ann Bretzman; her brother Donald Carroll (Farrell); her nephew Steven Carroll (Stacey); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Shawn, Stella and Sadie.

Visitation was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (604 Bush St, Lakefield, MN 56150). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
