He is survived by: his fiancée Charlotte Blom; his children, Andrea Haglund (Charles), Shane Forte (Nicole Bower), Erik Forte (Madelyn Robertson), Brittany Bunes and Joseph Troop (Lindsay); his grandchildren, Abigail, Lucas, Aubrey, Aliya, Alivia and Adley; his parents, Clark Forte and Pamela Forte; and his siblings, Troy Forte (Lynn) and Shauna Leo (Paul). He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
