He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Erickson and Florence Erickson. He is survived by: his wife Karen Ruth Jungeat St of John's Lutheran; his son Chad; his daughter-in-law Mollie; his grandchildren, Sydni and Garrett; and his sister Cathy Schueler.
