He was predeceased by: his son Erik Tweeton; his brother Roger Tweeton; and his brother-in-law Gary Parsons. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline (Jackie); his daughters, Jennifer Tveiten-Rifman (Alex) and Kristine Tweeton-Jacobsen (Michael); his grandchildren, Tyler, Nora, Levi, Jack and Logan; and his sister Gayle Parsons. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hosanna Church (9600 163rd St W, Lakeville, MN 55044).
