He was predeceased by: his sibling Carmen Scott. He is survived by: his parents, David Ratzlaff and Patricia Ratzlaff (Visnovec); his sister Cheryl Ratzlaff; his uncle John (Jill Visnovec); his aunt Nancy Visnovec; his sibling's children, Charles (Annie), Scott, Jacob Scott, Kayla Wajciechowski (Corey) and Rebecca Godbey; and his cousins, Michael Visnovec, Michele O'Brien and Melissa Rau (Steve).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the White Funeral Home (20134 Kenwood Trail, Lakeville, MN 55044). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, August 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
