He was predeceased by: his wife Alice. He is survived by: his children, Mike (Jane), Scott (Patricia), Linda Fox (Wayne) and Cheryl Nielsen (Mark). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren;14 grandchildren; 4 great- great grandchildren.
