He was loved and cherished by many people including: his former wife Noreen Delores Lynn; his children, Brian Poehler (Andrea), Julie Larson (Larry), Jeff Chalmers (Julie Martin), David Chalmers (Kim) and Dawnelle D'Aoust (Rick); his grandchildren, Alyssa Terzich (Sam), Micaella Poehler, Ryan Poehler, Alexandra Poehler, Kirsa Haenebalcke (Niels), Kevin Larson (Zoe), Shelby Chalmers, Lucas Martin, Luana Martin, Mariana Martin, Jacob Chalmers, Laura Chalmers, James D'Aoust and Marina D'Aoust; his great grandchildren, Owen Larson and Ellie Larson; his sister Karon Domonoske; his wife Jan; his parents, Fred and Leone; his brother Jack Poehler; and his brother-in-law Warren Domonoske. He was also cherished by his family and friends.

In his last selfless act on earth, Fran helped improve the lives of many through tissue donation.
