He was predeceased by: his parents, LaVern Wallace and Carolynn Jean Westphal. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Kay Westphal; his sons, Jesse (Meggin Green) and Jacob (Marisa Dixon); and his sisters, Gail Olson (Donavan) and Gwen Wheelock (Keith). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Memorials are preferred to the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
