He is survived by: his son Kyle Kurz (Kelly); his grandchildren, Caleb, Lydia, Messai and Julia; his daughter Alison Heglund (Justin); and his grandchildren, Carleigh, Alayna, Abby of Isaac, EJ and Biruk. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
Jerry faced Parkinson's disease with remarkable courage and grace for over 20 years.
