He was predeceased by: his wife Marlene; his parents, Emmett and Loretta; his siblings, Eileen, Rosemary, Teresa, Jerry and Terry; and his son-in-law John Donnelly.
He is survived by: his children, Deanna Doherty, Kim Olson (Clint), Patrick Jr., Mike (Connie) and Michelle Donnelly; his grandchildren, Nicole, Ryan, Molly, Kelsey, Patrick III, Ben, Michael, Shannon, Shelby, Taylor and Alix; his great grandchild Tristan; and his sister Loretta Churilla.
