She was predeceased by: her father Ted Van Kempen; and her pet Murphy. She is survived by: her mother Dorothy Van Kempen; her siblings, Ted (Colleen), Pam Rowbotham (Bob), Vickie and Joel (Genet); and her daughters, Melissa (Jeff), Ava, Theo Hall, Molly, Daunte, Dayveon (Donovan) and Damita Hill. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
