Thomas Patrick Donnelly Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thomas Patrick Donnelly of Lakeville, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 15, 2025 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence "Snork" Donnelly and Jeanne Donnelly; and his brother John "Stump" Donnelly. He is survived by: his son Chane Donnelly (Madison Reimringer); his siblings, Tim (Darla), Connie Doherty (Mike), Jay "Sled" (Patty), Larry (Jean), Jeff (Melissa) and Mark; and his sister-in-law Michelle Donnelly. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins, and close friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Heritage Links Golf Club (8075 Lucerne Blvd, Lakeville, MN 55044).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
