He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Moldan and Martha Moldan (Krzmarzick); his wife Lucy; his son Andre Moldan; his grandson Matthew Harries; his siblings, Ervan Moldan, Lorraine Sampson and Melvin Moldan; and his brothers-in-law, Art Warner, Cletus Homan and Glen Sampson.
He is survived by: his children, David Moldan (Cindy) of Lamberton, Jane Meidl (Richard) of Lakeville, Laurie Tabery (Mike) of Plymouth, Julie Harries (Kurt) of Plymouth, Alisa Weber (Bruce) of Saint Paul, Marty Moldan (Gwen) of Lakeville and Rachel Lind (Travis) of Prior Lake; his grandchildren, Christopher Moldan (Lauren), Daniel Moldan (Crystal), Matthew Moldan (Amber), Andrew Meidl, Zach Meidl (Claire), Rebecca Courtright (Cam), James Tabery (Mikayla), Bryan Tabery (Nikki), Anthony Tabery, Michael Harries (Kristen), Mark Harries (Ali), Marie Dehmer (Michael), Amanda Kieffer (Dan), John Weber (Corey), Emma Holperin (Dan), Allison Frazier (Ty), Alena Moldan, Gavin Lind and Gia Lind; his great grandchildren, Olivia, Carson, Cooper Moldan, Addison Moldan, Chloe, Eli, Noah, Caleb Moldan, Henry, Charlie Meidl, Marvin, Ferris, Evan, Kane, Jack Tabery, Cleo, Kit, Shay Tabery, Lucy, Levi Harries, Hadley, Laney Harries, Oliver, Ethan, Laura Kieffer, Kate, Reese Weber and Mark Holperin; his siblings, Marlyn Moldan (Mary), Harold Moldan, Arlene Tauer (Jerome), Delores Warner and Jerome Moldan (Mary); and his sister-in-law Deborah Moldan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Anne's Catholic Church (950 North St, Wabasso, MN 56293).
