James Vitous Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Vitous in Lamberton, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 14, 2026 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though James may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those James touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Vitous and Delores Vitous; his sister Shirley Hanrahan; and his brothers-in-law, Wayne "Bud" Hanrahan and Mike LeHew.
He is survived by: his siblings, Janet LeHew and Michael Vitous. He is also survived by two nieces and two nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and many friends.
