He was predeceased by: his parents, David Pfeiffer and Adele Pfeiffer (Gullerud); his wife Betty Ellen Benson; and his siblings, Ruth Bramhall, Eunice Pautz and Joel Pfeiffer.
He is survived by: his son Paul Pfeiffer (Sarah) of Laporte; his grandchildren, Hannah of Laporte, Isaac of Laporte, Evelyn of Laporte, Chloe of Laporte and Lillian of Laporte; his brothers, John Pfeiffer (Barbara) of EauClaire, WI, Paul Pfeiffer (Naomi) of Lake Crystal, MN and Thomas Pfeiffer (Diane) of Derry, NH; and his sister-in-law Linda Pfeiffer of Lebanon, TN. He is also survived by many cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (803 1st St W, Park Rapids, MN 56470).
