He is survived by : his wife Karen Kroshus; his sisters, Betty Hooker and Carol Buckingham; his close friend Jeff King; his sons, Neil Miller (Stacey), Kevin Miller (Amy) and Jason Miller; his grandchildren, Taylor Miller, Charlee Miller, Jack Miller, Zac Miller, Ben Schiller and Sloan Miller; and his sister-in-law Millie Miller. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
