He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur G. Sheets and Marvel V. Sheets; his brother Thomas Sheets; and his daughter Julie. He is survived by : his sons, Stuart Sheets (Delia) and Stanley Sheets (Kathleen); his wife Janice Kaye Pickens; his siblings, Richard (Mary) and Suzan; and his grandchildren, Jessica (Stuart), Jacob Sheets (Delia), Azalea (Stanley) and Ethan Sheets (Kathleen). He is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
