He is survived by: his sons, Wayne Kocurek of Buffalo, WY and Warren Kocurek Jr. of Hastings, MN; his grandchildren, Jennifer (Mitch), Jeannette, Warren III, Kyle and Katrina Melgaard (Sean); and his siblings, Woody, Walt, Rosie and Cindy. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
