He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Vogel and Lucille Vogel (Pufpaff); his siblings, Robert Vogel (Ila), Charles Vogel, Elvera Wendelschafer (Barney) and Evelyn Braun (Milton); and his brother-in-law Bill Peacock.
He is survived by: his sons, Corie Vogel (Judy) and Robbie Vogel of Le Sueur; his grandchildren, Jessica and Alayna Vogel; his close friend Donna Vogel; his sisters, Margaret Griep (Ray) of Le Sueur, Barb Heyn (Bill) of Le Sueur and Marleen Peacock of Estacada, OR; and his sister-in-law Kathy Vogel. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Saint Anne's Church (217 N 3rd St, Le Sueur, MN 56058). A Mass will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
Memorials are preferred to the family.
