He was predeceased by: his brother Wayne Mediger. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Olson; his children, Beth Quist (Tim) of Apple Valley, MN, Tom Mediger (Aimee) of Apple Valley, MN and Jason Mediger (Jody) of St. Peter, MN; and his grandchildren, Cayla Mook (Justin), Mallory Quist, Ethan, Emily Mediger, Benjamen and Tanner Mediger. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grace Lutheran Church (229 South 6th St, Minneapolis, MN 55402). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
