He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Smith and Vernie Smith; his niece Keri Tuttle; his brothers-in-law, Michael Robbins and Terry Slack; and his stepbrother Rick Hall (late Kay).
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his children, Jamie Smith (Nancy), Ronnie Smith and Kenny Smith; his stepchildren, Rhonda Nelson (Terry) and Darin Miller; his grandchildren, Ethan, Sidney, Jonah, Zach, Sydney, Cooper, Tyler, Brook, Bailey, Maddie, Stacia and Jamie; his siblings, Connie Robbins, Cathy Courtney (Roger) and David Smith; his stepsiblings, Mary Beth Wilson (Scott) and Randy Hall (Carol); and his siblings' children, Chris Robbins (Donna), Kevin Slack (Nikki), Jennifer Gripper (James) and Kaytlin Calhoun (Ian).
