She is survived by: her children, Rod DeBoer (Marcia) of Leota, Wendy Krosschell (Ron) of Chandler and Jeff DeBoer of Edgerton; her brother Ivan Van Essen (Barb); and her siblings-in-law, Elaine Van Essen, Jeri Van Essen and John Beukelman.
