He was predeceased by: his wife Teresa Ann Anderson; and his son Douglas Anderson. He is survived by: his daughter Sherri Anderson; his grandson Johnny Kaplan; his son Matthew Anderson (Amy); his grandchildren, Devyn and Alexis Anderson; his great grandchild Donovan Anderson; and his extended family Dawn Mazzitello. He is also survived by her children and grandchildren, as well as many dear friends.
