He was loved and cherished by many people including: his friend Gary Gilbert Lankey of Parkinson's Disease; his parents, Howard "Joe" Lankey and Beatrice Lankey (Waldemar); his children, Michelle Strese (Dan), David Lankey (Chanda) and Sheryl Swanson (Carl); his siblings, Guy Lankey and Genise Boettcher (Curt); his grandchildren, Trisha, Ashley, Brent, Joseph (Jasmin), Brandon, Kyler and Amber; his wife Judy; his sons, Aaron Lankey and Michael Perron; his sister-in-law Barb Lankey; his grandson Tony Perron; and also Terri Perron. He was also cherished by many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Bridget of Sweden Catholic Church (13060 Lake Blvd, Lindstrom, MN 55045). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
