He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Richard, Arline Wachter, Jay and Shirley Sams; his uncles, Robert, Ronald Wachter, Jack and Rolly Sams; and his father-in-law James Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Amy; his sons, Grant and Andrew "AJ"; his parents, Rick Wachter and Marilynn Wachter; his sister Tina McCarty (Jason); his nephews, Evan, Noah and Caleb McCarty; his mother-in-law Pat Miller; his brother-in-law Chris Miller; and his nephew Gavin Luick. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lakes Free Church (29620 Olinda Trail, Lindstrom, MN 55045). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, August 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
