She was predeceased by: her husband Chuck; and her great grandchild Van Carlson. She is survived by: her children, Steven "Steve" Jorgensen (Barbara) and Lorna "Lori" Jorgensen (Warren); her grandchildren, Harmony Carlson (Brian), Alex Jorgensen (Miranda) and Samantha Hoffman (James); and her great grandchildren, Soren, Dane, Kai, Lorne Carlson and Finley Hoffman.
