He is survived by: his friend Mary Schuh; his children, Jeff Beyer (Nancy), Stephanie Ponticas (Enrique), Mike Beyer (Viv) and Teri Jackson (Steve); and his sister Nancy Mace (Don). He is also survived by 25 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.

Memorials preferred to Intrepid USA or the Dorothy Day Center.
