He is survived by: his wife Kris; his daughters, Angelia Lattery (Chuck), Jammie Blake (Rob), Brandy Milton (Rick), Kristy Fieldseth (Adam) and Nicki Smith (Brandon); his grandchildren, Hailie, Raven of Nicholas, AJ, Ava, Christopher, Jaeden, Alexa, Morgan, Nolan and Nora; and his great grandchildren, Areina and Autumn.
