We are sad to announce that, on October 5, 2019, at the age of 18, Giovanni Polleri (Lino Lakes, Minnesota) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Giovanni Polleri to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his sister Bianca; and his grandparents, Barbara Polleri and Del Schmidt. He is survived by: his parents, Roger Schmidt and Dr. Rolanda Schmidt; his siblings, Kye (Ashley), Quentin, Ellen, Emily (Jayla) and Morkie (Roman); and his close friends, Tino, Alec, Noah and Kevin. He is also survived by niece, nephew, grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins.

His legacy will live on for eternity as he selflessly gave the gift of life through Lifesource organ donation.
