He was predeceased by: his parents, Gunard "Bob" and Kate; and his brother Bob. He is survived by: his wife Doreen; his daughters, Jen Johnson, Nici Dinh and Meg Lind (Bill); his grandchildren, Grace, Olivia, Elias, Elizabeth, Megan, Piper and Audrey; his great grandchild Kolsen; and his siblings, Denise, Mary (George) and Bryan. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
