He was predeceased by: his son Nicholas; his mother Sylvia; and his sister Nancy Allen. He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his son Anthony; his father Roger; and his siblings, Cindy Janowski (John), Penny, Terry and Shari Haselmann (Pete). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
