He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis; and his sister Patty Ramacher. He is survived by: his children, Gina Frey and Dan Flanagan (Shari); his grandchildren, Billy Flanagan (Rachel), Daniel Flanagan, Tony Tourville, Ryan Frey, Katelyn Wilke (Sean) and Kadie Flanagan; his great grandchildren, Carter Tourville and Seeley Flanagan; and his brother Jerry Flanagan.
