With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William E. Flanagan of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 3, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis; and his sister Patty Ramacher. He is survived by: his children, Gina Frey and Dan Flanagan (Shari); his grandchildren, Billy Flanagan (Rachel), Daniel Flanagan, Tony Tourville, Ryan Frey, Katelyn Wilke (Sean) and Kadie Flanagan; his great grandchildren, Carter Tourville and Seeley Flanagan; and his brother Jerry Flanagan.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mueller-Bies - Lino Lakes Chapel (7050 Lake Dr, Lino Lakes, MN 55014). A graveside service was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 2:15 PM at the St. Joseph of the Lakes Church Cemetery (171 Elm St, Lino Lakes, MN 55014).
