He was predeceased by : his parents, Louis Lenz and Mary Lenz (Kemper); his wife Rita Metz; and his siblings, Orla, Vara, Nelma, Art, Rita, Harvey, Ed, Floyd and Fred.
He is survived by : his children, Deb Konradi (Dave), Randy Lenz (Jolene), Tim Lenz (Monica), Lisa Smith (Jim) of Sanborn, IA and Adrian. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
