She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Metz and Theresa Metz (Deutsch); her granddaughter Theresa Lenz; her siblings, Helen Broesder (Bill), Raymond Metz (Cathy) and Leonard Metz; and her siblings-in-law, Rosie Metz and Martin Kruger.

She is survived by : her husband Earl Lenz; her children, Deb Konradi (Dave), Randy, Fiancée, Jolene Klooster, Adrian, Tim Lenz (Monica) and Lisa Smith (Jim) of Sanborn, IA; her siblings, Norbert Metz of Omaha, NE, Mildred VanHorsen (Adrian) and Marie Kruger; and her sister-in-law Barbara Metz of Papplion, NE.. She is also survived by six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
