It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alicia Cano (Litchfield, Minnesota), who passed away on April 13, 2026, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eleuterio Torres Flores and Maria Cano Gutierrez; her siblings, Pedro, Ruben Varela Cano and Maria Luisa Varela Cano; and her son-in-law Arturo Lopez.
She is survived by: her children, Luis Felipe Espejel Cano of Chihuahua, Patricia Espejel of Lopez, Roberto Espejel Cano of Litchfield, MN, Blanca Alicia Espejel Cano of St. Cloud, MN, Fernando Espejel Cano of Glendale, AZ, Maria and Pilar Espejel Cano of Mexico City, Mexico. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
