With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David W. Pierce of Litchfield, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 21, 2025 at the age of 85. He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Pierce and Farolyn Pierce (Akerson); his wife Jean M. Hemmingson; his close friend Barb Swenson; his siblings, Marlowe and Beverly; and his brother-in-law Bill Lease.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Pierce (Laurie), Kathy Lotzer (Dan) and Michael Pierce; his grandchildren, Timothy, Michael, Megan and Amy; and his brothers, Harvey (Delores), Michael (Alice) and Timothy (Trisha). He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
