He is survived by: his wife Dianne; his children, Jeremy Mitchell (Carolina) of Virginia Beach, Virgina, Stephanie Mitchell of Champlin, Minnesota and William Mitchell of Maple Grove, Minnesota; his grandson Raylan Mitchell of Virginia Beach, Virginia.; his sisters, Mary Mies of Buffalo and Cecelia Dickinson of St. Cloud, Minnesota; and his siblings-in-law, Charles Stenger of St. Cloud, Larry Fetkenhauer of Surprise, Darrel Borchardt (Carol) of Winthrop, Lyall Borchardt (Carol) of Buffalo, Minnesota and Karen Burke of Tyler. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
