He was predeceased by: his parents, John Theodore and Mary Ann Stumpf (Rauch); his wife Charlene Bernice Stumpf (Char); his son Raymond Arthur Stumpf; his grandson Noah Joshua Stumpf; and his siblings, Clarence Stumpf, John Norman Stumpf, Louis Stumpf, Cornelia Kriska (Connie), Bernadine Stumpf, Genevieve Rippert (Jennie), Evangeline Swanson (Vangie) and Louise Mallinson.
He is survived by: his children, David Kelly Stumpf (Peggy), John Theodore Stumpf (Jodi) and Carol Jo Stumpf; his daughter-in-law Barbara Stumpf; and his sisters, Caroline Randall and Mary Lukasavitz. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
