She was predeceased by: her husband Peter Denzen; her parents, Robert Eix and Audrey Eix; her brother Robert "Butch" Eix; and her nephews, Tyler Boody, Bob Eix and Tim Bachman.

She is survived by: her daughter Ellen Denzen (Justin); her grandchildren, Lauren Leona and Drew; and her siblings, Kathy Bzdok Riitters (Bob), Linda LeMieur (Bob), Pat Eix, Carol Lawrence (Chuck), Chris Eix (Keith), Amy Suhr (Jeff) and Fred Eix (DeeDee). She is also survived by nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, and great-grandnieces and great-grandnephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the LeMieur Funeral Home of Little Falls (214 2nd St SE, Little Falls, MN 56345).
