She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Girgen and Catherine Girgen (Kaiser); her sons, John Sobania and Matthew Sobania; her sisters, Rita Kaiser, Mary Johnson and Maxine Dohman; her son-in-law Russell Gronau; and her brothers-in-law, Ron Dohman and Hank Goers.
She is survived by: her husband Steve Sobania of Royalton; her children, Laura Sobania, Linda Larson, Charlie Sobania and Leann Sobania (Lisa); her daughter-in-law Nettie Sobania; and her siblings, Kathy Goers and Norbert Girgen (Dorothy). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
