He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Mason and Grace Mason (Pederson); his wife Betty Jane Mason; and his sister Marjorie Falk (Marvin). He is survived by: his children, Susan Drew (Robert) of Overland Park, KS, Steven Mason (Shari) of Austin, MN, Scott Mason (Mary) of Maple Grove, MN and Thomas Mason (Lois) of Rockford, MN; his girlfriend Mary Lou Thesing of Little Falls, MN; his grandchildren, Maxine Pfeifer (Spencer), Benjamin Mason, Lindsey Mason, Jack Mason, Kathryn Drew, Mackenzie Drew and Spencer Drew; his great grandchildren, Jane Pfeifer and Winston Pfeifer; and his siblings, James Mason (Darlene) and Fern Vojvodich (Mel).
Visitation was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Lutheran Church - Little Falls (2100 Riverview Dr, Little Falls, MN 56345). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
